Click on New Ticket or All Tickets. Enter your Email id and Password shared from the IT Team.
Question 2: How to raise a ticket ?
Enter your email id and the shared password.
Enter email id for user, ticket is to be raised. Provide Subject and Description. Choose Category as General as default. Tick all 3 blocks and Submit.
Question 3: How to check your raised ticket ?
Go to All Ticket section. Here you should be able to see your raised ticket if it is raised properly.
Check that ticket is assigned to desired user. If not so, assign it from here.
Question 4: When will my ticket be attended ?
Your ticket would be attended between one minutes to one hour. Support would be given online at first preference else offline support.
Resolution would be provided as earliest as possible.
Question 5: What to do if there is urgency for Engineer to attend ticket ?
Raise a ticket and personally call the hosting provider.
Do the following:
- Call the Technical Team for support.
- Drop an Email at support@aumitsolution.com
- For billing related issues, drop an email at sales@aumitsolution.com
